AUTOMATIC MANAGEMENT
The Beta bar feeder is completely managed by a PLC interacting with a bru- shless motor and a digital pneumatic valves system which controls speed, thrust and all the automations.

GUIDE CHANNEL
Beta features a round section guide channel, manually interchangeable; en- tirely made of plastic material, Vulkollan type, the guide channel is extremely resistant and suitable for high speed bar processing.

FRONT STEADY BLOCK
Beta features a special steady block, in the front part of the bar feeder, in- terchangeable every 5mm, in order to reach the highest performances in the bar rotation.

REMNANT EXTRACTION
Beta offers two differents remnant managements: 1) Rear extraction performed by means of a self centering extractor 2) Front ejection

TRACKING SYSTEM
BETA features a mechanical tracking system, by means of a toothed pneumatic clutch, which grant a fast and reliable tracking process.

REPOSITIONING SYSTEM
Beta is equipped with a rail system that enables a 800 mm ( 31,50” ) axial displacement, helping the lathe servicing and the spindle liner insertion.

BAR STORAGE
Beta can be equipped with 3 differents loading storages:
1) Single level magazine, featuring a single storage with 350mm carrying capacity
2) Multi tier magazine, featuring 3 different levels, each with 300mm carryng capacity
3) Fork lifter magazine, featuring a 500mm double fork loader.
