AUTOMATIC MANAGEMENT
The RECORD bar feeder is completely managed by the PLC interacting with a Brushless motor and a digital pneumatic valves system which controls speed, thrust and all the automations. |
GUIDE CHANNEL
RECORD features an easily interchangeable guide channel, according to the bar diameter to process. The guide channel is entirely made of plastic material, Vulkollan type, which is extraordinary reliable for high speed processing. |

FRONT STEADY BLOCk
RECORD features a special steady block, in the front part of the bar feeder, fully adjustable for any diameter by PLC, in order to reach the highest performances in the bar rotation. |
REMNANT EXTRACTION
RECORD is equipped with a self centering rear extractor, which doesn’t require any adjustment and can extract standard remnants up to 300 mm (11,81” ). |

TRACkING SYSTEM
RECORD features a mechanical tracking system, by means of a toothed
pneumatic clutch, which grant a fast and reliable tracking process. |
BAR STORAGE
RECORD can be equipped with 2 different loading storages:
1) Single level magazine, featuring a single storage with 350mm carrying capacity.
2) Multi tier magazine, featuring 3 different levels, each with 300mm carrying capacity. |
